Abstracts can be considered for “Oral or Poster” presentation only. Those who select “Poster only” will not be considered for oral presentation. It should mention the track of submission.
Title: The title must be entered exactly as it should appear and should be in sentence case. Do not put the title in quotes, underline it, or use punctuation. The title can be a maximum of 200 characters, including spaces.
Abstract Structure: The following is included in the abstract body and must not exceed 400 words total:
-Background
-Methods
-Results
Conclusions
Submission Guidelines:
-The soft copy of the contribution (abstract) must be sent as attachments in MS Word format (.doc) or (.docx) and PDF format (.pdf) to be submitted through the conference website.
-The abstract should be typed in Times New Roman, with 1.5 spacing and font size 12 (title font size 15), not exceeding 300 words. It should be submitted latest by 5th June 2022 in soft copy.
-The submission should include a “separate” cover page document that clearly indicates the name (s) and affiliation (s) of the author(s), complete mailing address(es), telephone number(s) and email address(es).
-The text of the full abstract must include title, but must not include the name(s) of the author(s), as the abstract will be blind reviewed.
-Co-authorship is allowed only up to four authors.
-Acceptance of the abstract would be notified within 15th June 2022.
-Only original unpublished work is sought. Any proposal submitted to present identical or substantially similar work already published or under review for any other publication will not be considered.
Presentation Format: All ePosters will need to be uploaded on communicated date of presentation by 3 pm. It is not required to include audio or video with the ePoster.
ePoster Requirements:
-Ideal ePoster size: Potrait Format
-ePoster upload must be a PDF file at the highest resolution possible
-Complete poster is limited to one slide one, or one page for PDF file
-2GB is maximum file size
-Recommended to use a clear typeface font (i.e. Arial, Calibri, etc.)
-For images/pictures, suggested resolution is 300 dpi
